Bow Grange, Ipplepen
A Hyrox barn, the Devon coast, and a weekend to remember.
Come and join us in the beautiful Devon countryside for our first ever UK weekend retreat — a converted countryside barn, equipped with Hyrox equipment, for a weekend of fitness and social. Stay on site in one of our provided bell tents, or arrange your own accommodation and meet us at the barn each day. We'll head out for a day trip into Salcombe, with a guided coastal hike, a halfway stop at Gara Rock for a drink, and ice cream before heading back to the barn for dinner.
The Devon barn experience

Who's it for
This retreat is for anyone and everyone. 70% of our guests arrive solo, and that's exactly what these trips are for. Whether you've never done a Hyrox session or you train competitively, whether you're camping on site or joining us non-residentially — every session is built to scale to your ability. Nobody trains alone, and nobody gets left behind.
New to Hyrox, running or group training — every session scales to you.
Regular gym-goer looking to push harder with expert coaching and a crew.
Competitive athlete chasing PBs — we'll dial the intensity up when you want it.
“Whatever your starting point, you'll leave having pushed yourself exactly as far as was right for you — surrounded by a group that's there to encourage that, not judge it.”
The schedule

Arrive at the barn from early afternoon and get settled into your bell tent if you're staying on site. A tour of the converted barn leads into the first coach-led Hyrox session, before group dinner.
